CrossFit Trainer (level 2), Crossfit gymnastics, and personal trainer

Muay-thai instructor and competitor for over six years.

Olympic weight lifting instructor.

Active “Afterschool” Certificate

Accreditation in “Crossfit Kids” instructing

Ash and I bounce off each other. When I am not instructing a class I will take part (yes sucker for punishment) Fitness has just become a way of life for me.

Liam

Liam has been involved in sports his whole life, getting into crossfit 3 years ago in Alice Springs, most recently competing in the crossfit open 2015 Pacific region.

He is driven to help others succeed and see changes within themselves. Liam hopes to continue doing further courses including, crossfit weightlifting and crossfit gymnastics.
